Anti-Inflammatory "Bulletproof" Coffee Recipe

Ingredients
- Fresh Coffee Beans
- Filtered Water
- MCT Coconut Oil
- Black Cumin Seed Oil
- Turmeric Root Powder
- Peppercorn
- Salt
Method
1. Boil filtered water.
2. Grind coffee beans.
3. Infuse coffee bean grounds in 100ml cold filtered water and 400ml boiling water for 5 minutes.
4. Strain into blender.
5. Add MCT Oil, Black Cumin Seed Oil, Turmeric Root Power, Peppercorn, Salt.
6. Blend for 10 seconds.
7. Pour into cup and enjoy.
